Word: Erweiterter Zeilumbruch in Tabellen

Hi,

in einem Worddokument muss ich mehrere recht große Tabellen präsentieren. Da die Tabellen teilweise auch von Text umgeben sind, kann es sein, dass die Tabelle zeilenweise auf die nächste Seite rutscht.

Die Tabelle sieht wie folgt aus:

Meine Frage ist nun, ob es irgendwie möglich ist, dass Word immer nur vor den durchgezogenen Linien einen Seitenumbruch macht (so dass z.B. die Zeile 1 mit ihren drei Subzeilen auf Seite x ist und der Rest auf Seite x+1)?
Also wie hier bei Seitenumbruch1 und eben nicht so wie bei Seitenumbruch2:

Tabelleneigenschaften -> Zeile -> Haken raus bei "Zeilenwechsel auf Seiten zulassen"

Oder meinst du was anderes?

Das Problem ist dann, dass er wenn dann die komplette Tabelle auf die nächste Seite verschiebt, wenn sie nicht auf die vorige passt. Der Zeilenumbruch ist ja ansich schon erwünscht (ansonsten hat ich ja häufig ne halb leere Seite weil eine Tabelle nicht mehr drauf passt), aber halt nicht bei jeder Zeile, sondern in dem Fall nur bei jeder dritten.

Wobei ich gerade sehe, dass bei all meinen Tabellen dieses Häkchen nicht gesetzt ist, er aber dennoch die Seite wechselt.
